As a Sales Representative at Paul Davis, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to restore and revive what matters most to our clients. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive business growth by leading the charge in selling our premier content restoration services. From engaging with clients and managing complex restoration projects to ensuring seamless coordination with insurance companies, you’ll blend your expertise in sales, project management, and customer service to breathe new life into treasured possessions and help clients rebuild after disaster strikes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Sales:

Initial Consultation: Meet with clients (homeowners, businesses, insurance adjusters) to assess the extent of damage to contents (furniture, personal items, documents, etc.) and explain the restoration process.

Service Offering: Present and sell the Paul Davis Content restoration services, which may include cleaning, deodorizing, restoring, and storing personal or business items.

Custom Solutions: Work with clients to create tailored restoration plans that address their specific needs, timelines, and budget considerations.
Sales Growth and Business Development:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other potential referral sources.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the company’s content restoration services and sales strategies.

Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build a network of potential clients and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in service-based sales, preferably in the restoration industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess damage accurately and propose effective restoration solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the restoration process, including cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in content restoration.
